It’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything, and I guess my only reason is that I haven’t been very inspired lately. But tonight, it only took one simple compliment and a great night out with old friends to suddenly be inspired again.

I’ve been so busy trying to figure out what to do with all these lemons life has thrown at me that I haven’t taken the time to acknowledge how blessed and loved I really am. My cousin Emma just got engaged, something we’ve all been dreaming of doing since we were little girls playing dress up in buni’s clothes. As her maid of honor, it would only be fitting to say congrats cuz. I know you’ve waited for this a long time. Recently I’ve learned how much work love requires and how easily it can be destroyed. I admire anyone who has the strength to persevere through it all and make such a major commitment. I only hope that one day I will be as happy as you are right now. As for now, let the planning begin!
